Ardglass pub takes top prize at tourism "Oscars"

An Ardglass pub has walked off with one of the top prizes at the annual Northern Ireland Tourism Awards. Currans Bar & Seafood Steakhouse was a winner in one of the most hotly contested categories at this years awards beating the Botanic Inn in Belfast and Pier 36 in Donaghadee into second place. The awards, dubbed Northern Ireland"s tourism Oscars, were handed out in front of an audience of more than 400 guests at Belfast"s Ramada Hotel last night.
